FAQ’S

The waiting time is about 4 weeks. However, it may take a little longer or shorter, depending on how many orders I have. Since I work alone, I take enough time to make the perfect shoe for you and therefore it comes to the long waiting time. Thank you for your patience.

There are no returns for clothes and customs. However, if you find a defect or the it does not look as desired, the clothes will be exchanged and the customs taken back and improved.
Please report within 14 days. The purchase must be new and unworn.

The clothes are delivered within a week.
The sneakers within 4-6 weeks.

As soon as your order is completed, I will get to work for you. The clothes are packed with love and make their way to your doorstep.
Shoes are painted as you desire and once they are ready, they continue their journey to you.

As soon as the purchase is completed you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation and the invoice.

If you can’t decide between the items, you can add them to the wishlist and then choose your favorite.

Please contact us immediately within 14 days. The item will be replaced or repainted. No money will be refunded.
